How do I get my items?
Getting your items from Redorm is easy! Simply visit our website to browse our selection of gently used dorm essentials. Once you find what you need, you can place your order directly online.
After your purchase, we’ll schedule a convenient door-to-door delivery right to your campus residence. Our goal is to make your dorm shopping experience seamless and stress-free! If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at redormcontact@gmail.com.
Do I have to be in Syracuse, NY to buy/donate?
Yes! Currently, we are based only at Syracuse University. You must be in Syracuse, New York to buy and donate. Please check in later for future locations.
How can I donate my items to Redorm?
Go to our donate page and fill out our donation formit takes less than 5 minutes to complete: list your preferred pick up date, and relax while we come and pick your items up!
As a donator your only job is to fill out the form, you don’t have to drop off items at all. Don’t forget, by donating you’ll also be entered into a gift card raffle!
